We will then backup all your data. This will include your documents, pictures, music, desktop and favorites. If you have turbo tax or quickbooks then we can backup that data as well. 

If you use outlook, outlook express or windows mail for your emails there will be an extra $30 charge as we will have to take some extra steps to setup your email, keeping your contacts and emails safe in the process.

If you use microsoft office, we can also get your product key before we wipe the hard drive so that we can reinstall it after we are finished.

Once we have all your hardware checked and data backed up we will then format your hard drive, install windows and download all of your drivers for sound, video, network cards etc.

From here we will restore all of your data to the correct location on your computer and reinstall office (if you had it previously).

You are now ready to collect your computer, but there are a few things that you will have to do:-

1. install your printer (you can get the software/drivers for your printer from the manufacturers website if you have misplaced your cd)
2. Install any other software 
3. if you use outlook, outlook express or windows mail you will need to put in your username and password. If you have forgotten your password your ISP can reset this for you.
