If you have cracked, broken or damaged your iPad glass touch screen, you can purchase it from Impress Computers. All our digitizers are brand new and include a 1-year warranty.

• You will ship your iPad to Impress Computers (Customer is responsible for shipping expenses of the iPad to Impress Computers)
• Please complete the checklist  and follow our instructions to securely packing your device for shipping. Any device which has not been packed as directed will be returned to the customer
• We will replace your iPad touch screen and ship it back to you. (2-3 day shipping back to customer included in price)

In order to prevent misunderstandings we ask you to fill in the following form describing the iPad you’re planning on sending us for repair. Because we do not require any additional hardware, this list is meant to designate the condition of your device prior to Impress Computers’  receipt. If any damage is incurred to your iPad, or if any item(s) is lost during Impress Computers’  possession, it may be properly identified.

Please put your information below, add your comments as necessary and include the form in the box along with your iPad so our technician can countersign it upon arrival.
