Every week we encounter email issues where the customer has lost access to their email account. Sometimes they are locked out of their email and other time’s when we try and reinstall Microsoft Office, their Microsoft account was tied to an email address that they no longer have access to and the old phone number is no longer valid

It is always important to keep a log of your emails and passwords and to ensure that you know what phone numbers are associated with your accounts and what your “hint” answers are. Otherwise it makes it extremely difficult to log back in or reinstall your software.

So, before you have a problem, log into your account and make sure all if your information is correct
