He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University and brings a wealth of leadership experience from his eight-year tenure as a Manager at Aaron Brothers, a role he held prior to its acquisition by Michaels.

Bruce’s strong background in customer service and management, combined with his dedication to excellence, ensures that clients receive top-notch support.
