Joshua Simmons brings 18 years of experience in the IT industry, including a decade at Computer Clinic and eight years with Impress Computers. He holds a degree in Organization and Supervision with a minor in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston, as well as an Associate of Science degree from Houston Community College. Joshua also holds an A+ Certification and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Joshua’s expertise spans a wide range of IT solutions, including successfully transitioning customers from a traditional break-fix model to becoming fully supported Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients. His ability to navigate and implement these changes ensures a seamless and improved IT experience for businesses.
