Roland Parker founded Impress Computers in 1993, bringing with him a strong background in both finance and technology from his tenure as Financial and IT Manager at Capri Corp. Under his leadership, the company rapidly grew to become one of Zimbabwe’s premier IT firms, recognized for its reliability, innovation, and client-focused service.
In 2003, Roland relocated Impress Computers to Texas, setting the stage for a new era of expansion. Since then, the company has evolved into one of Houston’s most respected and fastest-growing Managed Service Providers (MSPs), serving clients across construction, manufacturing, and other key industries. Impress Computers has consistently been recognized with local and national awards, including multiple “Best of Katy” honors.
In 2024, Roland was named an MSP Titan of the Industry, a national recognition celebrating excellence among over 1,200 competing providers. His ongoing commitment to quality, innovation, and client success continues to drive Impress Computers forward as a leader in IT support, cybersecurity, and managed services throughout the Houston area and beyond.
