IT issues have been handled quickly and efficiently.

We have needed offsite backups for a couple of years and asked repeatedly from previous IT company and never handled.  I appreciate Impress found out what we needed and got it set up asap.

They provided a quick response to our concerns.  Whether it is a problem with an internet-based phone issue or getting our server installed to do backups, they have handled issues that were previously ignored by other IT companies.

All our IT issues have been handled quickly and efficiently.  What I feel goes above and beyond are the emails that remind us if a storm is coming how to prepare our office/computers and just checking in to make sure all is well by your office personnel.
