We’re excited to announce a better, easier way to work with Impress Computers support.
Instead of sending all requests to ticket@impresscomputers.com, you will now have access to the Impress Computers Client Portal. From this secure portal you can:
- Create and submit new support tickets
- View status updates on existing tickets
- See an overview of all your open and recently completed tickets
- (Optional, based on your permissions) View project tasks and other key information
This gives you more visibility, faster updates, and a central place to manage all your IT requests.
Step 1: Watch for Your Invitation Email
Each user will receive an email from Impress Computers with the subject line similar to:
Welcome to the Ink Impress Computers Client Portal
The email explains that, based on your permissions, you’ll be able to:
“…submit customer service tickets, track the status of your tickets and project tasks, and/or view additional key information from Ink Impress Computers.”
Inside the email you’ll find a secure link to set your password. It will look similar to:
https://impresscomputers.itclientportal.com/ClientPortal/ResetPassword.aspx?...
Your username will also be listed in the email.
Step 2: Set Your Password and Log In
- Click the password setup/reset link in the email.
- Enter and confirm a strong password.
- Click Save / Submit.
- You’ll then be able to log in at:
https://impresscomputers.ITClientPortal.com
Once logged in, you’ll see your personalized dashboard.
What You’ll See in the Client Portal
The home page gives you a quick overview of your tickets.
Typical tiles include:
- Welcome Panel – Confirms you’re logged in (e.g., WELCOME ROLAND!).
- Tickets Summary – Shows:
- Number of open tickets
- New tickets
- Tickets waiting for your approval
- Tickets where you are the contact
- Tickets created by you
- Tickets waiting for your feedback
- Open Tickets – A list of your current tickets, including:
- Ticket number (e.g., T20260123.0148)
- Short description (e.g., “quickbooks not printing”)
- Quick links to open the ticket details.
- Tickets Created & Completed by Month – A simple chart of how many tickets were opened and closed over time.
- Open Tickets by Request Type – A breakdown of ticket types (for example, General Request).
Note: The exact tiles and data you see may vary depending on your permissions and services.
How to Create a New Ticket
From the main dashboard:
- Click the New Ticket button in the Tickets panel.
- Fill in the ticket form:
- Subject – A short title (e.g., “I need a faster machine”).
- Description – Provide as much detail as possible:
- What is happening?
- When did it start?
- What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
- Equipment Details (if applicable) – Include:
- Computer make/model
- Serial number or asset tag
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages
- Attach any files or screenshots that may help our technicians.
- Click Submit.
Your ticket is immediately logged into our system, and our support team will be notified.
How to View Ticket Details and Add Notes
From the Open Tickets panel:
- Click the ticket number or ticket title you want to view.
- You’ll see a Ticket Details screen, which includes:
- Company and contact information
- Ticket description and any background questions
- Service provider status (e.g., New, In Progress, Waiting on Customer, etc.)
- On the right side, in the Activity section, you can:
- Read updates from Impress Computers
- Add a Quick Note with new information or questions
- Upload attachments (logs, screenshots, documents)
When you click Submit, your note is added directly to the ticket for our technicians to review.
Why We’re Moving to the Client Portal
Shifting from email-only requests to the Datto-powered Client Portal offers several benefits:
- Better visibility – See all of your open and historical tickets in one place.
- Faster communication – Notes and updates stay attached to the right ticket, reducing back-and-forth emails.
- Improved tracking – View current status, history, and who last updated the ticket.
- More complete information – Structured forms help ensure we get the technical details we need the first time, speeding up resolution.
You can still communicate with us by email if needed, but the portal will be the preferred and most efficient way to request and track support going forward.
When Will This Change Happen?
We are rolling out the Impress Computers Client Portal to clients over the coming days. As your organization is added:

- Once you set your password, you can log in anytime at:

If you don’t see your invitation and believe you should have access, please check your spam folder or contact us.
