We’re excited to share two faster, easier ways to work with Impress Computers Support. Instead of emailing all requests to ticket@impresscomputers.com, you now have:

  1. The Impress Computers Client Portal (preferred for submitting and tracking tickets), and
  2. A new IT Support App inside Microsoft Teams for quick access to our support team.

Option 1 (Preferred): Impress Computers Client Portal

From this secure portal you can:

  • Create and submit new support tickets
  • View status updates on existing tickets
  • See all open and recently completed tickets in one place
  • (Optional, based on your permissions) view project tasks and other key information

Step 1: Watch for your invitation email

Each user will receive an email with a subject line similar to:
“Welcome to the Ink Impress Computers Client Portal”

Inside the email you’ll find:

Step 2: Set your password and log in

  1. Click the password setup/reset link
  2. Create and confirm a strong password
  3. Log in anytime at: https://impresscomputers.ITClientPortal.com

How to create a new ticket

  1. Log in to the portal
  2. On the dashboard, click New Ticket
  3. Complete the form:
    • Subject: short title (example: “QuickBooks not printing”)
    • Description: what’s happening, when it started, and what you’ve already tried
    • Equipment details (if applicable): make/model, serial number or asset tag
    • Attachments: screenshots, error messages, or files that help us troubleshoot
  4. Click Submit

How to check status or add info to an existing ticket

From Open Tickets, click the ticket number/title to view details. In Activity, you can:

  • Review updates from Impress Computers
  • Add a Quick Note with new details or questions
  • Upload attachments (screenshots, logs, documents)

Option 2: New IT Support App in Microsoft Teams (Impress Ticket Chat)

We’re also excited to introduce a faster way to get IT support—directly in Microsoft Teams. No extra software, no hassle—just quick access when you need it.

How it works:

  • Open Impress Ticket Chat in Microsoft Teams (pinned on the left-hand toolbar)
  • Start a chat to connect with our IT support team
  • Get help without leaving Teams
  • Track updates and responses in real time, right within Teams

Try it out anytime—if you have questions, we’re happy to help.

Why we’re making these changes

This gives you:

  • More visibility into open and past tickets
  • Faster communication with updates tied to the right request
  • Improved tracking of status and history
  • Better information up front, helping us resolve issues faster

You can still email us if needed, but the Client Portal and Teams app will be the preferred and most efficient options going forward.
