Roland Parker founded Impress Computers in 1993, combining his dual expertise in finance and technology from his prior role as Financial and IT Manager at Capri Corp. Under his leadership, Impress quickly rose to become one of Zimbabwe’s most trusted and innovative IT firms, known for its integrity, client focus, and technical excellence.
In 2003, Roland relocated the company to Texas, laying the foundation for what would become one of the fastest-growing Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in the Houston area. Today, Impress Computers serves a wide range of industries—with a particular focus on construction, manufacturing, and professional services—delivering reliable IT support, cybersecurity, compliance, and cloud infrastructure solutions.
Throughout the years, Impress Computers has earned numerous accolades, including multiple “Best of Katy” awards and national recognition within the MSP community. In 2024, Roland was honored as a MSP Titan of the Industry, a prestigious title awarded to top-performing MSPs nationwide for service excellence, business growth, and leadership.
As CEO, Roland continues to drive the company’s strategic vision, blending hands-on technical insight with a deep commitment to customer success. He remains passionate about innovation, building strong client relationships, and helping businesses thrive through smart, secure, and scalable technology.
When he’s not leading the Impress team, Roland enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with his family.
