Roy DuPuis has been a vital part of the Impress Computers team since 2007, bringing decades of experience, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset to his role as Customer Experience Manager.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia (1968) and a Master of Science earned in 1975, forming a strong academic foundation for his career. Prior to joining Impress, Roy spent over 30 years at BP, where he served as both District Geologist and Operations Coordinator. His tenure there honed his skills in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and problem-solving across complex environments.

Roy’s diverse industry background and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction make him an invaluable asset to Impress Computers. His calm leadership, analytical thinking, and passion for service continue to elevate the client experience and reinforce the company’s reputation for dependable, responsive IT support.
