For years I was under impression that Roland Parker and Mandy Parker are sweet and very nice people. I do believe that deep inside Roland Parker is a good guy and Mandy Parker, is as good as Roland. Imaginationeering LLC been doing business with Impress since 2017. First they were handling my IT, till few years ago I downgraded and since then they handled my email accounts. If you are a business and really need an IT company or any other computer service, my advice to you is why not give them a try and call Roland, Mandy or Jonathan. They have totally taken the worry/stress out of the equation. We pay one monthly fee and they take care of everything. It's that easy. We feel Impress does better than other IT firms we've worked with in the past because they are actually pro-active. They monitor our entire system to make sure everything is in working order and with quarterly reviews, we can tackle any outstanding issues, if we have any, and plan for the future with laptops that are out of date, new antivirus coming out, etc. They even send out a new online safety training video every month straight to your email. They demonstrate that they truly care about you as a person and the people in your business. If you're on the fence about choosing Impress Computers as your IT firm, I would say, it is well worth the risk. Their response time is unmatched compared to other firms I've worked with. We create a trouble ticket and they respond within minutes or within the hour almost every single time. Impress will work WITH YOU through every concern. Fast Fix, No More PDF Hassles I couldn’t open PDF files without having to save them first — super frustrating when you’re trying to move fast. Paul jumped in, did a clean uninstall of Adobe Reader, and just like that, it worked. I can now open PDFs without any errors or delays. He fixed it pretty quick! I’d definitely recommend them
