Bryce Miculka is an experienced IT Technician at Impress Computers, bringing three years of expertise in end-user support, workstation configuration, and diagnosing hardware/software issues within managed IT infrastructures. He currently specializes in onboarding new hires and preparing replacement computers, ensuring every user gets a smooth, stress-free start—whether it’s their first day on the job or time for a new machine.
In his role, Bryce is continuously working to streamline the onboarding process—making it faster, more efficient, and above all, consistent. His background in Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments equips him to handle a wide range of technical challenges. He enjoys diving into problems to find clean, effective solutions that keep end users satisfied.
When he’s not helping people with their computers, Bryce is usually still in front of a screen—either gaming, exploring the latest in tech, or catching up on YouTube videos.
