A graduate of Sam Houston State University, Bruce brings valuable leadership and customer service experience from his previous role as a Manager at Aaron Brothers, where he served for eight years prior to its acquisition by Michaels. His experience in retail operations honed his skills in team leadership, client engagement, and efficient issue resolution.
