Jodel Dominguez brings over five years of hands-on experience in IT support, specializing in Office 365 and Azure administration, networking, and team leadership. His deep technical knowledge and meticulous attention to detail play a critical role in the stability and security of our clients’ IT environments.
Since joining Impress Computers in 2023 as an Overnight Technician, Jodel has quickly advanced into his role as NOC Manager, where he leads the overnight operations of our Network Operations Center. He is responsible for monitoring network performance, managing backup integrity, and maintaining cybersecurity protocols—ensuring uninterrupted service and system reliability 24/7.
Jodel’s proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and commitment to operational excellence make him a key contributor to Impress Computers’ mission of delivering dependable, round-the-clock IT support. His leadership in NOC operations ensures our clients’ systems are secure, monitored, and optimized—even while they sleep.
