With a strong background in business administration and financial management, Mandy ensures that every aspect of Impress Computers—from internal processes to customer service—reflects the company’s long-standing reputation for professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
After relocating the business from Zimbabwe to Texas in 2003 alongside founder Roland Parker, Mandy helped transform Impress Computers from a small computer shop into one of Houston’s most respected Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Her hands-on management style and commitment to continuous improvement have supported the company’s steady expansion, award-winning service delivery, and enduring client relationships.
Behind the scenes, Mandy oversees administrative operations, vendor partnerships, accounting systems, and financial workflows, ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Her approachable nature and unwavering focus on people—both team members and customers—cultivate the trusted, responsive culture that sets Impress Computers apart in a competitive industry.
When she’s not leading operations, Mandy enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and contributing to local community initiatives throughout the Katy and Greater Houston area.
